CCIT Help & Support Info

While we hope all students have a campus experience free from technical issues, we recognize that at times students will need technical help and support to address issues with their laptops, wireless, printing, and other technology services. When these issues arise, Clemson Computing and Information Technology(CCIT) is available to help students resolve their issues as quickly as possible. They fix problems ranging from broken equipment to internet connection to software downloads. The CCIT Center is located on the second floor of Cooper Library and is open to walk-ins during standard business hours. Additionally, they are available via phone, email, and website. There are several ways students can submit CCIT help requests.
